Thank you for your interest in the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) process.  Below you will find links to the components of the CEDS prepared for 2008.  Before submitting this document to the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration, we respectfully request your careful review and thoughtful comment on the components contained within this strategy.

The public comment period ends at 4:00 PM on March 27, 2008.  While comments are welcome at anytime during this ongoing strategic planning effort, only comments received prior to the deadline will be incorporated into the 2008 document.  This is a draft document that may or may not be amended based upon comments received from citizens residing in Northeast Indiana.

All comments must be written and include the following, at a minimum:
